  1. Preheat the oven to 190° C.
  2. Prick the surface of the cheese rind with a fork, then insert the garlic cloves and pour in the dry white wine.
  3. Poser la boîte dans un plat à gratin car le fromage et le vin peuvent couler par le fond.
  4. Gratiner au four durant 20 à 25mn.
  5. To be enjoyed as a fondue with bread.
