Ingredients
- Eggs
- 2
- Powdered sugar
- 150 grams
- baking powder
- 2 teaspoons
- Flour
- 150 grams
- Butter
- 125 grams
- lemon zest
- 1/2
- Work the eggs and sugar till ribbon stage.
- Add yeast, flour, softened butter and lemon peel.
- Pour the batter into a madeleine mold and bake at 190°C (370°F) for 15 minutes.
