Ground beef
350 grams
Broccolis
200 grams
potatoes

Small box of tomato paste

Fresh ginger
20 grams
Cumin powder
0.5 teaspoon
oil
pepper, salt
  1. Peel the potatoes, the carrots and cut them in slices.
  2. Peel the ginger and chop it finely.
  3. Rinse the broccoli and cut it into the desired size.
  4. In a heated pan with a drizzle of oil, brown the ground beef for 3 minutes and then remove it to a plate.
  5. In the same pan, brown the ginger, carrot and cumin for a few minutes. Add the potatoes, broccoli, tomato paste and 2 glasses of water. Simmer everything for 20 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Then add the beef, salt and pepper and continue cooking for another 2 minutes.
