Ingredients
- Ground beef
- 350 grams
- Broccolis
- 200 grams
- potatoes
- 3
- Carrot

- Small box of tomato paste
- 1
- Fresh ginger
- 20 grams
- Cumin powder
- 0.5 teaspoon
- oil
- pepper, salt
- Peel the potatoes, the carrots and cut them in slices.
- Peel the ginger and chop it finely.
- Rinse the broccoli and cut it into the desired size.
- In a heated pan with a drizzle of oil, brown the ground beef for 3 minutes and then remove it to a plate.
- In the same pan, brown the ginger, carrot and cumin for a few minutes. Add the potatoes, broccoli, tomato paste and 2 glasses of water. Simmer everything for 20 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Then add the beef, salt and pepper and continue cooking for another 2 minutes.
