Olive oil
1 teaspoon
milk
25 centiliters
Brins de persil

  1. Si possible éviter de laver les fleurs car l'humidité risquerait de provoquer des projections d'huile durant la cuisson des beignets et les réserver retournées sur un plat.
  2. Dans un saladier mélanger la farine, le lait, les jaunes d'oeufs et l'huile d'olive jusqu'à ce que l'ensemble soit bien homogène.
  3. Tremper les fleurs une à une dans la pâte à beignet et faire frire à l'huile bien chaude.
  4. Une fois dorées, les sortir de l'huile avec une écumoire et les mettre à égoutter sur du papier absorbant.
  5. Ces beignets se dégustent tièdes.
