Ingredients

Metric US
Lean beef
400 grams
Teriyaki sauce
80 grams
Frozen broccoli
400 grams
chopped tomatoes
400 grams
Chestnut
250 grams
White rice
200 grams
Fresh ginger
1 teaspoon
salt and pepper
  1. Découper le boeuf maigre en fines tranches et le faire mariner 5mn dans la sauce teriyaki.
  2. Faire chauffer l'huile dans une poêle ou encore mieux dans un wok et ajouter boeuf et sauce que l'on fait revenir à feu vif durant 2mn.
  3. Ajouter le brocoli décongelé et continuer à faire cuire 5mn.
  4. Incorporer les tomates égouttées, les châtaignes d'eau égouttées tranchées, le gingembre haché, le sel et le poivre et faire cuire 2mn en remuant.
  5. Faire cuire le riz à part puis le disposer dans des bols et verser le boeuf.
