Ingredients

Metric US
Wheat flour
100 grams
Protéine whey chocolat
60 grams
Applesauce
200 grams
Powdered cocoa
4 tablespoons
baking powder
1 tablespoon
Brown sugar
4 tablespoons
Egg whites

Oeuf entier

Salt
1 pinch
  1. Sans un saladier, montez le blanc de 2 oeufs en neige. Battre les blancs à l'aide d'un fouet électrique ou manuel. (Gardez les 2 jaunes pour un autre usage).
  2. Dans un autre saladier, verser la farine, la protéine de whey chocolat, le cacao en poudre, le sucre roux, la compote et 1 oeuf entier. Mélanger le tout de sorte à obtenir une pâte lisse et homogène. Ajouter 1 pincée de sel.
  3. Incorporer les blancs en neige à votre préparation délicatement à l'aide d'une spatule.
  4. Verser la préparation dans un moule rectangulaire à brownie ou des mini-moules à brownie anti-adhésifs (en silicone).
  5. Faire cuire 20 minutes à 180°C au four.
  6. Déguster vos petits brownies après l'effort.
