Ingredients

Metric US
Copeaux de chocolat noir 90%
150 grams
Coconut oil
1 tablespoon
Egg white
5
egg yolk
5
Flour
2 tablespoons
cinnamon powder
2 teaspoons
Dark chocolate chips
1 handful
Amandes émondées
1 handful
  1. Préchauffez votre four à 180°C.
  2. Battez les blancs d’œufs en neige et mettez-les de coté.
  3. Faites fondre le chocolat dans une casserole à feu doux.
  4. Mélangez la cannelle, les jaunes d'oeufs, la farine, l'huile de coco et le chocolat fondu afin de former une belle pâte homogène.
  5. Ensuite ajoutez les blancs d’œufs mis de coté à la préparation et mélangez jusqu'à ce que vous obteniez une pâte légèrement mousseuse.
  6. Faites cuire pendant 6 à 8 minutes ( à noter qu'il faudra sortir le moelleux du four quand c'est encore mou et le laisser durcir hors du four ! ).
  7. Décorez avec les amandes émondées et les pépites de chocolat noir (facultatif) au dernier moment juste après avoir sortis vos moelleux du four.
