Ingredients
- white rum
- 5 centiliters
- lime
- 5
- cane syrup
- 10 centiliters
- mint leaves
- 30
- sparkling water
- 15 centiliters
- Gather all your ingredients. Squeeze your lemon juice and pour in a glass(with no stem) along with the other ingredients, ie the previously washed mint leaves and the cane syrup. Crush everything with a pestle.
- You can then add the rum, sparkling water and crushed ice (fill up to half the glass). If you do not have crushed ice, you can put ice cubes in a freezer bag and crush them with a hammer. Make sure everything is well mixed.
- Once everything is ready, decorate your glass with a twig of mint or sliced limes and serve very fresh without forgetting the straw!
