Ingredients
- Avocados
- 4
- lemon
- 1
- Fresh coriander
- 1/2 bunch
- Salt
- 1 pinch
- Espelette chilli pepper
- 1 pinch
- Open the avocados and remove the pit. Using a spoon, remove the flesh without piercing the skin and place it in a bowl.
- Add some citron juice.
- Mash the avocado with a fork.
- Ciselez la coriandre et incorporez la dans la chair des avocats. Saler le tout et ajouter un peu de poudre de piment d’Espelette.
