Ingredients

Metric US
Sauce aux arachides
Beurre de cacahuètes
6 tablespoons
chicken stock
3.5 Decilitres
vinegar
2 tablespoons
Brown sugar
4 tablespoons
lime juice
4 tablespoons
Nuoc Mam sauce
2 tablespoons
Plat
Shelled schrimps
400 grams
Nouilles chinoises plates
600 grams
Oignon vert

Piment en pâte ou en poudre
soy sauce
4 tablespoons
oil
4 tablespoons

  1. Dans un bol, mélanger tous les ingrédients de la sauce aux arachides et la réserver.
  2. Dans un petit saladier faire mariner les crevettes coupées en 2 dans le sens de la longueur avec la sauce soja et tenir au réfrigérateur.
  3. Dans un autre saladier rempli d'eau bouillante, plonger les nouilles et les laisser s'hydrater durant une dizaine de mn puis les rincer, les égoutter et les réserver.
  4. Faire revenir au wok à l'huile le blanc des oignons émincé, l'ail et le gingembre hachés et une pointe de piment.
  5. Ajouter ensuite la sauce aux arachides, l'oeuf battu, les crevettes et les nouilles et faire cuire l'ensemble 3mn tout en remuant.
  6. Rectifier l'assaisonnement et ajouter suffisamment de bouillon de volaille pour que l'ensemble ait une bonne consistance.
  7. Servir parsemé de cacahuètes et du vert émincé des oignons.
