Ingredients
- milk
- 2 Decilitres
- Brown sugar
- 90 grams
- honey
- 180 grams
- Flour
- 250 grams
- Baking Soda
- 2 teaspoons
- Salt
- 1 pinch
- Anis en poudre
- 4 teaspoons
- cinnamon powder
- 1 teaspoon
- ginger powder
- 1 teaspoon
- Mélanger la farine, la levure, le lait et le miel
- Verser petit à petit le lait et bien mélanger l'ensemble.
- Verser l'ensemble dans un moule à cake beurrées laisser reposer une demi-heure.
- Enfourner à 140 degrés et faire cuire durant 1h15. Vérifier la cuisson avant de le sortir du four.
- Ce pain d'épices se conservera une bonne semaine.
