Les pancakes sont originaires d’Amérique du Nord et au Québec on les nomme plus volontiers “crêpes” et même “crêpes américaines”. Traditionnellement, elles sont servies accompagnées de sirop d’érable mais au gré de vos envies, vous les dégusterez salées ou sucrées

Lait fermenté

  2. Y ajouter ensuite oeuf, huile (2 ou 3 cuillères à soupe) et lait de façon à obtenir une pâte bien homogène.
  3. Faire cuire ensuite les pancakes dans une petite poêle légèrement huilée.
