Acacia plant flowers bloom at the end of spring, giving very fragrant flower clusters (with a fragrance very similar to honey). It is better to pick the flowers with a little branch, so that they can be stored in bags for up to 24 hours in the refrigerator’s vegetable tray. Flowers should not be washed unless you are unsure of their origin. In this case quickly run it under water and dry them with absorbent paper.
