A quick way to prepare your a fish fillet whether it is  cod, halibut, trout etc…  with a french flair. This dish can be served with spinach, chard, ratatouille, polenta or fresh pasta.

Ingredients

Trout fillet

Pesto sauce
2 tablespoons
Full whipping cream
10 centiliters
  1. Preheat the oven to 180° C (F).
  2. Wash the trout fillets, drain them and place them in an oiled oven dish, skin side down.
  3. Bake for about 20 minutes, watching the cooking.
  4. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce by mixing the pesto with the cream and set aside.
  5. Just before serving, heat the sauce, pour it on the plate and place the fillet on top.
