Une salade fraîcheur hyper diététique qui ensoleillera votre table! Pour les intolérants au gluten il faudra seulement vérifier la composition de la feta. Vous pourrez composer cette salade avec des tomates rouges classiques mais mieux encore pour l’esthétique et la saveur il sera parfait de la composer avec des tomates de couleurs différentes, des jaunes, des noires, des vertes et des rouges…

Ingredients

400 grams
Watermelon
800 grams
Feta
100 grams

basalmic vinegar

  1. Laver les tomates et la menthe et éplucher la pastèque.
  2. Au fond d'un saladier, mélanger huile d'olive, vinaigre balsamique et sel.
  3. Ajouter les tomates en morceaux en mêlant les couleurs, les dés de pastèque, de feta, les demi-olives et les feuilles de menthe ciselées.
  4. Mélanger la salade au moment du service et décorer avec quelques feuilles de menthe.
