20 centiliters
  1. Équeutter et nettoyer vos fruits rouge si besoin.
  2. Mettre les fruits rouge dans un blender et mixer jusqu'à ce qu'ils soient bien écrasés. Ajouter le yaourt et le lait et mixer à nouveau.
  3. Ajouter un peu de sucre si vous le souhaitez. Servir dans un grand verre.
