This spinach and chicken salad if perfect if you are looking forward to lose weight or just maintain your weight. In addition, the pomegranate brings a nice sweet note to this light, dietary and refreshing salad.

Ingredients

Metric US
Chicken breasts
150 grams
Spinach roots
100 grams
Olive oil
3 tablespoons
lemon (juice)
2 tablespoons
Pomegranate seeds
1/4 cup
  1. First cut your chicken breasts into pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, mix 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 1 teaspoon olive oil.
  3. Then marinate your chicken pieces in this mixture.
  4. Grill the chicken in a hot pan.
  5. Clean and drain the spinach roots.
  6. Put the spinach in a bowl and add the pomegranate seeds, the remaining lemon juice and olive oil and the grilled chicken. Correct the seasoning and serve.
