This spinach and chicken salad if perfect if you are looking forward to lose weight or just maintain your weight. In addition, the pomegranate brings a nice sweet note to this light, dietary and refreshing salad.

Ingredients
- Chicken breasts
- 150 grams
- Spinach roots
- 100 grams
- Olive oil
- 3 tablespoons
- lemon (juice)
- 2 tablespoons
- Pomegranate seeds
- 1/4 cup
- First cut your chicken breasts into pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 1 teaspoon olive oil.
- Then marinate your chicken pieces in this mixture.
- Grill the chicken in a hot pan.
- Clean and drain the spinach roots.
- Put the spinach in a bowl and add the pomegranate seeds, the remaining lemon juice and olive oil and the grilled chicken. Correct the seasoning and serve.
