If chocolate truffles are a family delight, whisky truffles are special adults’ threat with their white coat! We can also replace the whisky with any other alcohol or liquor (rum, Grand Marnier, pear liquor etc… ) and change the amount according to taste.

Ingredients
- Plain chocolate
- 400 grams
- Butter
- 100 grams
- egg yolk
- 2 Pinches
- Whiskey
- 2 tablespoons
- icing sugar
- Melt the chocolate squares in a salad bowl using a water-bath.
- Add the butter then the egg yolks one at a time and the whisky.
- Leave the chocolate paste to stiff up in the refrigerator.
- Roll your chocolate paste in truffles and coat with icing sugar.
