The cutlet is a finely cut part of the turkey fillet, which can be cooked whole or sliced!

It can be served simply grilled with vegetables or served with a sauce. Enjoy !

Ingredients

Grated Parmesan cheese
50 grams
Olive oil
3 tablespoons
Bunch of fresh parsley, chopped

turkey cutlets

Ham
1 slice
chicken stock
25 centiliters
  1. Flour your cutlets on all sides.
  2. Next, fry the cutlets in hot oil in a frying pan, making sure to brown each side.
  3. Once cooked, place them in a saucepan and add the chopped ham and chopped parsley. Grate some Parmesan cheese and sprinkle above. Add the chicken broth and cook covered for about 5 minutes.
  4. Serve with your turkey cutlets, pasta, tomato and basil sauce to enjoy a dish with Italian accents! Enjoy foodies !
