The pudding which my grandfather would make for tea time on Sunday afternoons is a cherished family memory. The secret to obtain the soft, homogeneous and compact consistency of this dessert  pour the boiling milk on the egg and sugar mixture.

He would then flavour this dessert with a  zest of lemon or orange, cinnamon etc…

Ingredients

Powdered sugar
80 grams
milk
1 liter
lemon zest
1/2
Flavored Honey
5 tablespoons
  1. Mix the eggs and sugar until you obtain a frothy mixture.
  2. Remove excess mousse and stir in grated zest.
  3. Boil the milk and pour it immediately on the egg/sugar mixture and mix well together.
  4. Pour the lukewarm honey into the mold to cover the walls.
  5. Then pour the pudding mixture and put in oven 180 ° (360 ° F) for 45 to 60 minutes and specially monitor the end of your cooking.
  6. Unmold on a slightly hollow dish.
