Ingredients

Metric US

Eggs

Brown sugar
30 grams
vanilla sugar
1 packet
Fromage blanc 0% de MG
300 grams
cornstarch
2 tablespoons
  1. Laver et râper le citron puis en extraire le jus que l'on réserve avec les zestes.
  2. Dans un saladier, mélanger les jaunes d'oeufs, le sucre roux et le sucre vanillé.
  3. Y ajouter ensuite le fromage blanc battu et la fécule que l'on mélange afin d'obtenir une pâte homogène.
  4. Incorporer ensuite délicatement les blancs d'oeufs battus en neige ferme, les zestes et le jus de citron.
  5. Verser le mélange dans un moule à manqué ou un moule à cake chemisé de papier cuisson et faire cuire à 180° durant 35mn.
  6. Laisser refroidir puis mettre le cheesecake 12h au réfrigérateur avant de le déguster.
