500 grams
Flour
80 grams
Sugar
60 grams
milk
30 centiliters
Salt
Eggs

Butter
40 grams
  1. Préchauffer votre four à à 210°C. Dans un grand saladier battre vos oeufs et y ajouter le sucre et une pincée de sel.
  2. Faire fondre le beurre au bain marie ou au micro-onde.
  3. Ajouter la farine dans les œufs, puis le beurre fondu et pour finir par le lait. Mettre les cerises équeutées
  4. Verser dans un plat à four et enfourner 35 minutes.
