Ingredients
- Flour
- 220 grams
- Sugar
- 170 grams
- Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoon
- baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt
- 1 pinch
- Butter
- 110 grams
- Egg
- 1
- egg yolk
- 1
- Vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons
- Dark chocolate chips
- 150 grams
- Soften the butter at room temperature.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, bicarbonate and salt.
- Add the soft butter and hand mix to obtain a sandy mixture.
- Add egg, yolk, chocolate chips and vanilla. Mix and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Take them out of the oven and let them cool.
- Make small balls of dough and place them on a buttered baking sheet or a silicone mat. Bake for 12 minutes until the cookies are lightly browned.
