Ingredients

Flour
220 grams
Sugar
170 grams
Baking Soda
1/2 teaspoon
baking powder
1/2 teaspoon
Salt
1 pinch
Butter
110 grams
Egg

egg yolk
1
Vanilla extract
2 teaspoons
Dark chocolate chips
150 grams
  1. Soften the butter at room temperature.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, bicarbonate and salt.
  3. Add the soft butter and hand mix to obtain a sandy mixture.
  4. Add egg, yolk, chocolate chips and vanilla. Mix and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  5. Take them out of the oven and let them cool.
  6. Make small balls of dough and place them on a buttered baking sheet or a silicone mat. Bake for 12 minutes until the cookies are lightly browned.
