Ingredients

Metric US
Whiskey
8 centiliters
hot coffee
20 centiliters
fresh cream
8 centiliters
cane sugar
4 centiliters
  1. To begin, prepare about 20 cl of coffee (it is better to use a coffee machine) and get a nice cocktail glass.
  2. Set your hot coffee aside.
  3. In a saucepan, pour the liquid cane sugar and your whiskey with a bar measure. Heat the mixture very lightly (do not bring to boil).
  4. Pour the whisky-cane sugar mixture into your cocktail glass.
  5. The next step is to pour the hot coffee into the glass without it mixing with the whiskey-cane sugar mix. In order to do this, take a teaspoon with a long handle (cocktail spoon or mocha spoon). In another glass or container, make your coffee. Then take a teaspoon with a long handle, bend the handle back. Then place the folded spoon in your glass, pour your coffee gently on curved side of the spoon turned upward . This way the coffee will stay on the surface of the whiskey and form a second layer.
  6. For the third and last layer, slowly place the cream on the coffee with a spoon slowly so that the cream remains on the surface of the coffee. Serve and enjoy!
