Ingredients

Metric US
Flour
500 grams
Plain yoghurt pot

warm water
180 milliliters
Salt
1 teaspoon
Sugar
1 teaspoon
Levure boulangère
1 packet
Butter
2 tablespoons
Fromage Vache qui rit

  1. Mélangez tous vos ingrédients (sauf le beurre et le fromage). Formez une boule et laissez reposer un minimum 1h30 dans un endroit sec et chaud.
  2. Laissez gonfler et doubler de volume. Coupez en 16 boules uniformes.
  3. Applatissez les en forme de galettes 2 par deux.
  4. Mélangez la vache qui rit dans un saladier en utilisant une fourchette.
  5. Déposez en un peu sur une galette puis recouvrez d'une deuxième galette. Soudez bien des bords en utilisant les doigts.
  6. Faites chauffer une poêle à crêpe.
  7. Y faire cuire votre naan directement.
  8. Badigeonnez chaque naan de beurre fondu et saupoudrer de persil ciselé (facultatif).
