Flour
35 grams
milk
45 centiliters
salt and pepper
nutmeg
  1. Faire fondre le beurre à feu doux et à la casserole .
  2. Ajouter ensuite la farine en une seule fois et fouetter afin d'obtenir un mélange homogène qui ne doit pas colorer.
  3. Verser enfin le lait petit à petit tout en remuant au fouet afin que le mélange épaisse jusqu'à la consistance voulue.
  4. Ajouter sel, poivre et muscade râpée.
