Ingredients
- Saucisson à cuire
- 900 grams
- Flour
- 310 grams
- baking powder
- 1.5 packets
- Powdered sugar
- 1 pinch
- Salt
- 2.5 Pinches
- crème fraîche épaisse entière
- 250 grams
- Egg
- 4
- Prick the sausage with a fork.
- Put it in a saucepan and cover with cold water.
- Let it cook for 25 mins.
- Drain it and leave it to cool.
- While the sausage is being cooked, mix the flour, yeast, sugar, salt and heavy cream
- Gradually add the eggs till you obtain a soft dough.
- Pour into a greased loaf pan, lay the sausage in the dough. It must be well covered with dough.
- Leave the dough to rise for for 1/2 hour and bake at 180° (360° F) for 35 minutes.
- Unmold your brioche which can be served hot or cold.
