The tsatziki is of Greek and Turkish origin and it is part of the famous mezze which allows to present a multitude of dishes. It is the oriental dinner aperitif. The tsatziki can be served in verrine or on toast or in a dish with chips or bread croutons.

Ingredients

Metric US
White cheese or greek yogurt
500 grams
cucumber
3
garlic clove
3
Mint
1 bunch
Olive oil
12 tablespoons
salt and pepper
  1. Peel and cut the cucumbers into tiny cubes and chop the garlic.
  2. Stir the above elements in cheese or yogurts and add finely chopped mint, oil, salt and pepper.
  3. Decorate with mint leaves for presentation
