Fresh and pretty appetizers for a light and digestible aperitif. These  tuna pate can be spread on slices of vegetables, on toast or can be enjoyed with raw vegetable sticks (cucumber, carrot, celery etc …).

Ingredients

Metric US
St Moret cheese
1 can
natural tuna
1 can
lemon
1
salt and pepper
chives
Endives

  1. Mix cheese and tuna pate.
  2. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  3. Wash and leaf endives to keep the smaller leaves.
  4. Place 2 teaspoons of tuna pate in the leaves and garnish with chive sprigs.
