palets bretons
110 grams
Butter
50 grams
brown sugar
25 grams
Garniture
Mascarpone cheese
350 grams
white sugar
75 grams

  1. Écraser vos biscuits au mixeur. Si vous n'avez pas de mixeur vous pouvez les écraser au rouleau à pâtisserie dans un sac de congélation.
  2. Faire fondre 50 g de beurre au micro-ondes et ajoutez 25 g de sucre brun et les biscuits écrasés. Bien Mélanger.
  3. Tapisser la base d'un moule à fond amovible ou un cercle à pâtisserie de 20 cm de papier sulfurisé. Pressez le mélange biscuit-beurre-sucre au fond du moule et mettez au réfrigérateur tout en préparant la garniture.
  4. Dans un saladier mélanger 350 g de mascarpone, 75 g de sucre en poudre, le zeste de 1 citron et le jus de 2 citrons jusqu'à obtenir un mélange onctueux et crémeux.
  5. Étaler sur la base en biscuit et laisser reposer 8 heures au réfrigérateur
