Ingredients

Powdered sugar
200 grams
milk
1 liter
vanilla pod

round-grain rice
200 grams
  1. Start by washing the rice thoroughly and drain.
  2. Then blanch the rice in a pan of boiling water for one minute and then drain using a colander.
  3. In another saucepan, pour the milk and your scraped vanilla pod. Once the milk begins to boil, pour in the rice and orange and lemon zest.
  4. Cook on low heat for 30 minutes, stirring constantly. After 30 minutes, stir in the sugar and mix again. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Then empty all in a bowl. Consume hot as is or preserve with cling film and wait till it cools down before keeping in the fridge.
  6. When serving, stir slightly.
