Ingredients
- lemon zest
- 1
- orange zest

- Powdered sugar
- 200 grams
- milk
- 1 liter
- vanilla pod
- 1
- round-grain rice
- 200 grams
- Start by washing the rice thoroughly and drain.
- Then blanch the rice in a pan of boiling water for one minute and then drain using a colander.
- In another saucepan, pour the milk and your scraped vanilla pod. Once the milk begins to boil, pour in the rice and orange and lemon zest.
- Cook on low heat for 30 minutes, stirring constantly. After 30 minutes, stir in the sugar and mix again. Cook for another 5 minutes.
- Then empty all in a bowl. Consume hot as is or preserve with cling film and wait till it cools down before keeping in the fridge.
- When serving, stir slightly.
