Ingredients

Metric US
Butter
150 grams
Powdered sugar
85 grams
Egg
3
Flour
210 grams
baking powder
8 grams
Fruits confits
100 grams
Raisins
100 grams
Rum
1.5 tablespoons
Cerises et zestes d'orange confits
  1. Dans un saladier travailler le beurre en crème puis y incorporer le sucre jusqu'au blanchiement du mélange.
  2. Faitre macérer les fruits confits dans le rhum.
  3. Préchauffer le four à 180°.
  4. Ajouter au mélange beurre sucre les oeufs un à un puis la farine, la levure et les fruits macérés.
  5. Verser dans le moule et passer au four durant 8mn puis 37mn à four 150°.
  6. Décorer avec quelques fruits confits ( 1/2 cerises et zestes d'oranges) 10mn avant la fin de la cuisson.
  7. Démouler le cake et le laisser reposer jusqu'au lendemain avant de le déguster.
